Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. All Services Refund Policies

All sales of Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, BBPS Bill Payments, and Travel Services are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted once the service has been successfully delivered. Please be advised that you are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number, or service details you purchase for and all charges that result from those purchases. DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is not responsible for any purchase for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, or service details.

2. Refund Process

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but the service has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email at deepak@dipay.in or posting us a message on the Contact Us page. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details:

- Mobile number/DTH account number/Service details
- Operator/Service provider name
- Transaction value
- Transaction date and time
- Order Number/Transaction ID
- Payment method used

DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the service then you will be refunded the money within 7 to 10 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

3. Support for Failed Transactions

For cases where you have done a transaction from your DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED balance and you have received a success confirmation but not received the service delivery, or any other service failure, you are welcome to log a complaint by opening a support ticket on our contact us page and we will provide you a quick resolution. Our support team will investigate the issue and work towards resolving it at the earliest.

4. Refund Policy for B2B/B2C Customers

B2B/B2C customers who purchase balance/wallet credits from DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED should note that in any event, the balance amount will not be refunded or returned once credited to the account. The wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Travel Services Cancellation Policy

For travel services including bus bookings, flight tickets, and hotel reservations:

- Cancellation policies vary by service provider and booking terms
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective travel service provider
- Cancellation charges may apply as per the terms of the service provider
- Refunds for cancelled travel bookings will be processed within 7-14 working days
- Service fees charged by DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable

6. BBPS Bill Payments Refund Policy

For BBPS bill payments:

- Once a bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
- In case of failed bill payments, amount will be refunded to source account within 3-7 working days
- Please verify all bill details before making payment as corrections are not possible after payment

7. Liability Disclaimer

Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid service delivery or refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed transaction on our system. DIPAY SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party service providers.

8. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. For example:

- Credit/Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same card
- UPI payments will be refunded to the same UPI ID
- Net Banking payments will be refunded to the same bank account
- Wallet payments will be refunded to the same wallet
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
